Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our leadership team. While the primary focus will be on Talent Acquisition , this role also encompasses Business HR responsibilities and the management of other key HR verticals. The ideal candidate will be both a strategic partner and a hands-on executor, ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent while building a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus) Design and execute recruitment strategies to meet business hiring needs across multiple functions and levels. Partner with business leaders to anticipate talent needs and build proactive hiring pipelines. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, assessments, interviews, offers, and onboarding. Build employer branding initiatives (social media campaigns, career fairs, referral programs, etc.). Monitor key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire. 2. Business HR (Strategic Partnering) Act as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for designated business units, providing HR solutions aligned with business objectives. Drive workforce planning, organization design, and succession planning in collaboration with business leaders. Conduct regular HR reviews with leadership to address performance, attrition, and engagement issues. Support change management and cultural transformation initiatives. 3. Other HR Verticals Employee Engagement: Plan and execute initiatives to enhance employee experience, morale, and retention. Performance Management: Manage goal setting, appraisal processes, and ensure timely and fair feedback cycles. Learning & Development: Identify training needs, coordinate learning programs, and support career development initiatives. Compensation & Benefits: Provide input on salary benchmarking, incentive structures, and policy enhancements. Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to statutory compliance, company policies, and labor law requirements. HR Operations: Oversee HRIS, documentation, and reporting to maintain accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong expertise in talent acquisition . Prior experience in HR Business Partnering roles preferred. Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance. Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple HR verticals and stakeholders. Data-driven mindset with experience in HR analytics & reporting.
