Location: Pune, India Reports To: Head – Human Resources Role Overview HRBP will serve as a strategic partner for HR operations in the Pune location, with a strong focus on talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operational excellence. This role will actively contribute to building a positive employee experience while ensuring smooth execution of HR processes in alignment with corporate standards. Key Responsibilities Employee Engagement & Events - Coordinate and execute events, celebrations, and engagement activities for the Pune office as per directives from Head HR. - Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance organizational culture and employee connect. Learning & Development Support - Assist the L&D function in executing training programs and evaluating their effectiveness. - Collect and analyse post-training feedback to support continuous improvement in capability-building initiatives. Employee Relations & Policy Guidance - Listen to employee concerns and resolve queries promptly, ensuring timely closure of tickets in the HR system. - Provide guidance on HR policies, exercising discretion under the direction of Head HR. - Conduct periodic visits to the Mumbai office to support grievance resolution and relationship building. HR Operations & Compliance - Support the HR Operations Officer in HR audits, data management, and compliance activities. - Ensure accurate maintenance of HR records and adherence to company policies. Talent Acquisition & Coordination - Support the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating interviews, screening candidates, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. - Map out strategic timelines and budgets for hiring in consultation with the Talent Acquisition Lead/Head HR. - Maintain candidate engagement from selection to joining. Pre-Onboarding & Onboarding - Confirm candidate joining, arrange necessary logistics (e.g., accommodation, reporting details, Laptop). - Facilitate onboarding activities including email ID creation, documentation, buddy assignment, and employee kit distribution. - Organize and execute the 3-Day Induction Program in collaboration with the Induction & Onboarding Lead, covering HR policies, Autopilot overview, department orientation, and plant tours. Key Skills & Attributes - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. - Proactive problem-solving approach with an employee-first mindset. - Sound knowledge of HR policies, processes, and compliance. - Willingness to travel periodically to the Mumbai office. Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor’s/master's degree in human resources or related field. - 8–10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and HR business partnering. - Experience in onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations preferred.
