Program Overview We are seeking dynamic final-year MBA students with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in wealth management for our 3-month on-site trainee program . This role is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills required to engage with HNI/UHNI clients, build lasting relationships, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Assist in identifying and acquiring new clients through referrals, events, and networking. Promote and explain investment products such as Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, and fixed income products . Understand client requirements and risk profiles to support suitable financial product recommendations. Gain exposure to SEBI, AMFI, and IRDAI compliance guidelines in client interactions. What You’ll Gain Structured training in high-end wealth advisory and client acquisition strategies. Practical exposure to HNI/UHNI relationship management . Qualifications Final-year MBA/PGDM student (Finance/Marketing/Business Administration preferred). Basic understanding of mutual funds, wealth management, or private banking is an advantage. NISM-Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors) certification preferred; additional certifications (X-A/X-B, CFP, CWM) are a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients.
