Job Description:
Designation – Sr. Manager – HR Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic HR Planning Align HR strategy with business objectives in residential development projects. Collaborate with department heads (construction, sales, planning, legal) to forecast workforce needs. Drive organizational change and workforce planning during expansion and new project launches. 2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Lead recruitment for technical (engineering, construction), sales, customer service, finance, and administrative roles. Implement strategies to attract skilled labor, site supervisors, architects, and project managers. 3. Employee Relations & Engagement Serve as the point of contact for resolving employee issues across departments and sites. Build an inclusive and performance-driven culture with high morale and low attrition. Plan and execute employee engagement events, recognition programs, and team-building activities. 4. Training & Development Identify training needs for sales teams, engineers, supervisors, and back-office functions. Roll out skill enhancement, safety training, and leadership development programs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred. 8–12 years of HR experience, including 3–5 years in the real estate or construction sector .
