For more details, kindly check the website: Key Responsibilities & Duties: 1. Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum for economics courses, aligned with the IGNOU university. 2. Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate a variety of instructional strategies to promote active participation and critical thinking. 3. Deliver quality instruction that effectively communicates complex economic concepts. 4. Utilize a variety of assessment tools and techniques to measure student understanding and progress, providing timely feedback to support growth and achievement. 5. Develop a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and supported in their learning journey. 6. Integrate technology and real-world examples into lessons. 7. Stay current with developments in the field of economics / commerce and educational best practices. 8.
