About the Job: Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst Skills : Agile/Scrum methodologies, BRDs, FRDs, process flows, user stories, and use cases Experience Required : 5 Years + Location: Indore/Pune/ Chennai Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Description: Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements for ServiceNow solutions. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to leverage ServiceNow modules (HRSD, ITSM, ITOM) for automation and efficiency. Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure accurate solution delivery. Facilitate workshops, demos, and UAT sessions with business users. Ensure alignment of ServiceNow capabilities with organizational goals and compliance requirements. Support the design and configuration of workflows, catalog items, and reports within ServiceNow. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for ServiceNow HRSD, ITSM, and ITOM modules.
