You'll head all core Finance functions (FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Compliance) and champion the Intelligent Financial Insights (IFI) team . We need a Head of Finance who dives into data integrity, whiteboards optimal cash flow strategies, and thinks automation-first. Your mission: define the future of finance at Searce, build scalable financial platforms, and translate financial excellence into compounding business advantage. Here's how you'll make your mark: Set the Financial North Star — Strategy & Vision : Architect Searce's financial future. Define the 3-year roadmap for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, global tax strategy, and robust compliance frameworks, directly linking them to growth objectives and our AI-native mission. Own the P&L to drive profitability, revenue growth, margin expansion, and client ROI (targeting ≥30% uplift). Build the Financial Engine — Operations & IP : Engineer for efficiency. Lead design and implementation of modular, automated financial processes (AR, AP, GL, payroll, statutory reporting, tax filings), targeting 99.9% accuracy . Maintain a "Prototype > Manual Process " rule, reducing iteration loops by 40% via intelligent automation. Embed robust internal controls, financial security, tax compliance, and ethical AI guardrails; track financial health via real-time dashboards. Drive Profitable Growth — Commercial Impact : Collaborate deeply with Sales, Solutions Consulting, and Alliance teams to support deal structuring, pricing, and contract negotiations ensuring profitable growth and client success. Champion accurate, compliant, and timely revenue recognition from complex global engagements. Own working capital, strategizing cash flow, treasury, and liquidity to fuel Searce’s rapid growth. Proactively manage tax planning, optimize structures, and ensure compliance across all operating jurisdictions (India, US, Australia, etc.). Lead with Intelligent Insights — Data & Analytics : Head the Intelligent Financial Insights (IFI) team . Guide development and leverage of advanced analytics, BI dashboards, and predictive models to identify top accounts, optimize revenue forecasting, and derive actionable insights. Be the Chief Translator , turning complex financial data into plain-speak narratives for all, enabling data-driven decision-making. Grow the Finance Talent & Ecosystem : Elevate talent. Hire, coach, and retain world-class finance professionals and financial data experts ("solvers"); aim to double internal promotion rates YoY. Set the bar by codifying financial standards, reporting principles, compliance protocols, and tax management best practices that scale globally.
