Align site selection with business objectives such as visibility, accessibility, and target customer reach (retail), and proximity to key delivery zones (dark store). Oversee end-to-end management of Leave & License and Lease Agreements for all selected commercial properties. Ensure all legal, compliance, and operational terms are reviewed, negotiated, and finalized as per company policy. Establish and maintain strong networks with commercial property consultants and brokers in the respective target areas. Leverage local expertise to identify on- and off-market opportunities for high-potential properties. Lead all commercial negotiations with landlords, builders, and developers to secure favourable terms for leasing.
