This is a high-impact role for a relationship-driven leader who thrives on building trust, driving growth, and delivering excellence. The ideal candidate is a capable of fostering strong client relationship, account mining, driving revenue growth and nurturing C-suite relationships. Key Responsibilities : Client Management: Build and nurture strategic relationships with CXO-level stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor and partner Business Growth: Own and expand a portfolio currently valued at $8M–$10M, with a clear mandate to grow by $2M annually Account Leadership: Act as the single point of accountability for client satisfaction, delivery alignment, and business outcomes Sales Strategy: Drive strategic sales across modernization, migrations, customer experience (CX), and managed services (IT infrastructure and cloud) Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with delivery, operations, and presales teams to ensure seamless execution and value creation Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of BFSI trends across Core, Retail, and Investment Banking to proactively shape client solutions What We’re Looking For: Industry Expertise: Proven experience in BFS GCC/GCI environments, with deep understanding of banking domains i.e. Core, Retail, Investment Technology Acumen: Strong exposure to selling banking modernization, migrations, CX, or managed services (infra/cloud) etc Growth Mindset: Must be a strategic farmer with a track record of expanding captive accounts Revenue Ownership: Demonstrated success in managing $10M portfolios and delivering consistent YoY growth Leadership Presence: Ability to operate independently, with maturity to drive outcomes across business areas
