About the Role We are looking for a Failed Part Analyst to join our team. This role is key in improving product reliability and customer satisfaction by investigating failed components, identifying root causes, and working with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. Key Responsibilities Investigate failed parts from production, testing, or field returns. Perform root cause analysis . Prepare reports on findings, highlight trends, and recommend improvements. Collaborate with engineering, design, and production teams on corrective actions. Provide data-driven recommendations for process, material, or design improvements. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with quality standards. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronic/ Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in failure analysis, quality control, or related roles. Hands-on experience with root cause analysis tools and techniques. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills. Good communication skills and ability to work across teams. Preferred Skills Experience in automotive, aerospace, electronics, or manufacturing industries. Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or statistical analysis. Working Conditions Full-time role; may require occasional overtime for urgent investigations. Work involves both office/lab analysis and shop-floor/manufacturing exposure.
