Learn more at: Role Overview As the Senior Manager – Business Excellence, you will lead initiatives to drive operational efficiency, quality, and performance across key business functions. You’ll work cross functionally with business, creative, media, and technology teams to design and implement frameworks for process improvement, performance management, and strategic transformation. Key Responsibilities • Design and drive business excellence strategies to improve operational efficiency, client delivery, and employee experience. • Lead process re-engineering and optimization initiatives across digital marketing verticals (media, creative, data, content). • Implement quality and governance frameworks (SOPs, KPIs, audits, compliance) to ensure consistent performance. • Collaborate with delivery, finance, HR, and tech teams to identify gaps, reduce costs, and enhance productivity. • Use Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to implement continuous improvement. • Lead change management initiatives and drive adoption of new tools and processes. • Provide data-driven insights and dashboards to leadership for decision-making. • Drive key strategic projects like automation, workflow digitization, shared service models, or integration post-acquisition. • Mentor and coach junior team members in business excellence practices. Key Requirements • 7+ years of experience in business excellence, strategy, or operations, preferably in digital marketing, media, consulting, or tech-enabled services. • Proven track record of leading transformation initiatives across functions. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau). • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred). • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence senior leadership. • Experience working in a matrix, fast-paced, client-facing organization. • Exposure to digital/advertising/creative/media agency processes is a plus.
