Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field 4–6 years of experience in compliance and reliability engineering Basic to intermediate knowledge of RoHS, REACH, and CP65 regulations Experience with compliance documentation and supplier communication Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
