Job Title: Associate Vice President (BFSI Sales) Location: Pune/ Hyderabad Experience Required: 15+ years Role Overview: Coforge is seeking a seasoned Sales professional with extensive experience in farming existing accounts within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of client relationship management, especially with CXO-level stakeholders, and a deep understanding of BFSI business dynamics. Key Responsibilities: Account Farming & Growth : Drive revenue growth from existing BFSI clients through upselling and cross-selling. Develop and execute account strategies to deepen client engagement. CXO-Level Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers. Conduct strategic discussions to understand client needs and align solutions. Client Relationship Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Solution Selling : Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that address client challenges. Present value propositions effectively to senior stakeholders. Market Intelligence : Stay updated on BFSI trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape. Provide insights to influence product development and go-to-market strategies. Reporting & Forecasting : Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility. Report account performance and growth opportunities to leadership. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 15 years of experience in sales/account management in the BFSI domain. Strong experience in client farming and strategic account management . Proven ability to engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
