Smooth and error-free conduct of Payroll Processing & Time Administration 5. Co-ordinate between Production Dept. and Associates / Trainees / and Contract Labour 6. Engage Union Leadership for better relationship 7. Ensure 100% Statutory Compliances 8. Liasion with government authorities & local stakeholders 9. Assist HR Site Head in legal cases 10.
