Quality Assurance Manager

Job Title : QA Analyst (Manager) Location : Pune or Bangalore Shift timings : 2:30 pm IST to 11:30 pm IST. Contractors Role: Senior Quality Assurance Analyst or Test Manager. • Well versed in executing test scripts. • Experience to create and execute comprehensive and well-defined test cases. • Experience in functional, regression, Integration, database and API testing. • Experience of Private Capital industry and/or Investran (very advantageous). • Experience of testing cloud-based applications (advantageous). • Experience of using ADO (advantageous). • Highlight risks to relevant stakeholders and raise well-structured and informative bugs. • Good self-management and client facing skills. • Experience in test automation is an advantage. Experience Level: Overall Years of exp (6 to 8) Qualifications: • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. • Professional Qualifications in Change Management or Business Analysis is preferable, but not essential. An interest in obtaining project qualifications is an advantage. Must have skills: • 3-4 years’ experience in the below skills. • FIS Investran knowledge across all application platform modules. • Strong knowledge of the Private Capital business. • Good understanding of the Private Capital platform - Investran. • ADO (Azure DeVOps) tool exp Nice to Haves: • Self-starter and highly motivated. • Proven knowledge of project management concepts, methodologies, tools and techniques. • Management and leadership skills. • Advanced analytical skills. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills. • Think ‘outside of the box’ when designing or proposing solutions, to help arrive at the most transferrable, simplistic and flexible solution. • Can engage on cross-function process or project deliverables.
