Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant General Manager Sales located in Pune. The Assistant General Manager Sales will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, managing a sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing effective sales strategies. The role involves direct customer service, addressing client queries, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will also be expected to assist in general management duties and support team management. Qualifications 3-6 years experience in real estate sales is a must. Experience in real estate or related industries. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in using real estate Management, or a related field. Knowledge of the real estate market in Pune is a plus.
