The department breaks down its operations into three core functions: Career Counselling - counseling and coaching employees on their long-term career goals It includes education counselling- counselling employees interested in pursuing further education with appropriate and aligned choices Employee Mobility Support - facilitating on-shore experiences for current employees at client offices to fulfill the latter's short and long-term staffing requirements Placements Support - support for outgoing employees and former employees finding new, suitable roles within and outside of TresVista About the Roles : Senior Vice President (SVP) in the Career Enhancement Cell at TresVista is a multi-faceted consultant role requiring the individual to work closely with senior stakeholders across the company and beyond. The SVP will help set up and run the Career Counselling function at the company. The function is meant to add value to three key parties involved: Employee Clients TresVista Roles and Responsibilities: Placements Support ▪ Support existing but outgoing employees as well as former employees to find alternative roles within or outside TresVista ▪ Build relationships with key recruiters in the market ▪ Manage existing employees' career plan alongside the counselling arm ▪ Track and manage relationship with TresVista's former employees ▪ Design, implement, monitor and improve the frameworks, processes and team needed to accomplish all of the above Employee Mobility Support ▪ Design, implement, monitor and improve a framework for processing secondment requirements expressed by clients ▪ Deep understanding of the immigration laws of key western markets (US and UK) and building the ideal approach to procuring necessary visas for employees Will include collaborating with clients, immigration attorneys, secondment candidates, and their managers Prerequisites: ▪ 15-18 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Need to have dominant and demonstrable expertise in -Relationship with key recruiters in the market for high caliber talent (financial services, consulting, and similar) -Experience working with global immigration agencies and resolving employee mobility challenges ▪ Good emotional intelligence, empathetic and good at building relationships ▪ Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills ▪ Effective team management and organizational skills ▪ Strong business acumen, including strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ▪ Bachelor's/Master's degree in any field, preferably in HR or management
