Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Associate Director of Global Indirect Sourcing to join our team. This role will collaborate closely with the Senior Business/Sourcing Lead, Category Managers, Directors, and Global Sourcing Partners (GSP) Leads to achieve targeted savings annually. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing Strategy Development: Work with Category Managers and regional business leaders to identify and capitalize on sourcing opportunities that align with business objectives. Vendor Negotiations: Lead vendor negotiations and contract management to secure favorable terms and conditions. Team management: Manage and mentor a centralized sourcing team to ensure successful execution of sourcing initiatives. Sourcing Events Management: Utilize tools such as Scout to facilitate and run sourcing events effectively. Analytical Skills: Employ strong analytical skills to identify savings opportunities and assess sourcing strategies. Innovative Solutions: Develop and implement innovative approaches to achieve cost savings and improve sourcing processes. Lifecycle Management: Independently manage the entire sourcing lifecycle from opportunity identification to contract execution. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with country business leads to understand their needs and drive down Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Qualifications : Proven experience in indirect sourcing or procurement, with a track record of delivering significant savings. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional initiatives. Experience with sourcing tools and technologies, particularly Scout. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to diversity and inclusion; preference for female or diverse candidates What you need to have: 12-15+ Years of experience in Sourcing and Category management Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferred Qualified MBA Procurement Specialist What makes you stand out? Strong understanding of the Procure to pay process in captive environment.
