Job Description: We are looking to onboard a Junior Product Executive to support our New Product Development (NPD) function. The role involves cross-functional coordination, documentation, and daily project tracking to ensure timely execution of product development tasks. This is a full-time position best suited for someone with strong multitasking abilities and an interest in the cycling or mobility industry. Key Responsibilities: ● Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams (Purchase, QC, PPC, Stores, Marketing, etc.) for NPD activities ● Maintain and regularly update detailed project trackers ● Manage all documentation related to NPD – BOMs, part codes, packaging, and internal approvals ● Support the marketing team with technical inputs for product specs and training materials ● Assist in packaging development to ensure durability and quality in transit ● Help organize internal training sessions for Sales, Marketing, B2B, and Offline teams ● Handle daily follow-ups, meeting notes, and support in ad-hoc product team tasks Requirements: ● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Management ● 0–1 year of experience (internships included) in product, manufacturing, or operations ● Strong coordination and multitasking skills ● Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and documentation tools ● Clear communication and a solution-oriented approach ● Interest or experience in cycling will be an added advantage
