Talent Acquisition Manager – Full Time On-site (Koregaon Park, Pune) Company Description Palmonas is a next-gen demi-fine jewellery brand built at the intersection of fashion and technology. Role Overview We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager with 5–7 years of experience to lead and scale our hiring engine. You’ll be responsible for driving recruitment across business, tech, and creative roles while also owning initiatives around employer branding and early talent hiring. If you’ve worked in a fast-paced D2C environment and enjoy building talent strategies from scratch, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment across tech, marketing, performance, business, and creative functions Build and execute sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter , Naukri , and others Partner with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and deliver on headcount plans Design and drive employer branding initiatives across social media, job platforms, and internal brand touchpoints Develop and implement a campus recruitment program, build relationships with top colleges, and run internship and management trainee drives Own and improve the candidate experience from outreach to onboarding Build pipelines for current and future hiring needs, especially for niche and high-growth roles Track key recruitment metrics, provide hiring dashboards, and suggest improvements Promote a culture of structured, unbiased, and effective interviewing Requirements 5–7 years of strong Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in a D2C or high-growth startup environment. Proven ability to hire across tech, marketing, performance marketing , and business functions Hands-on expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter , Naukri , and ATS platforms Strong understanding of employer branding , recruitment marketing, and storytelling through hiring campaigns Experience in running campus recruitment programs and engaging with early talent Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and creative setup Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PG in HR preferred Must be based in or open to relocating to Pune.
