AV legal Associates, a law firm based in Pune, Maharashtra Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate Advocate located in Pune. The Senior Associate Advocate will be responsible for drafting commercial contracts, providing legal advice, preparing legal documents, and interpreting laws, rulings, and regulations. The role also includes conducting in house team management and maintaining client relations. Qualifications Strong knowledge of legal procedures, laws, and regulations Excellent research and analytical skills Proficiency in drafting legal documents and opinions Exceptional oral and written communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; a Master's degree is a plus Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal practice
