The role involves performing daily laboratory analyses and experiments related to microbiology, ensuring compliance with quality standards. The Junior Microbiologist is responsible for operating laboratory equipment, conducting quality control tests, assisting in quality assurance procedures, and maintaining accurate records for all laboratory activities. Collaboration with team members to ensure high-quality production standards will also be a key part of this role.QualificationsBSc. or MSc. in Microbiology with 0-2 years of experience in microbiological testing.Proficiency in Laboratory Skills and the use of Laboratory Equipment for conducting experiments and tests.Knowledge and experience in Microbiology, including microbial analysis and identification techniques.Strong understanding of Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes in food production.Attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and ability to follow standard operating procedures.Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Microbiology or a related field.Experience in the food production or nutrition industry is a plus.
