Our India-based teams function as an extended delivery arm for US operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and predictable execution.Role OverviewThis is a senior, full-time, on-site role for an experienced US Project Manager – Technical, based in Pune. The role is exclusively focused on US solar PV & ESS projects and carries end-to-end responsibility for technical project delivery, cross-functional coordination, and team management.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end delivery of US solar PV & ESS projects from kickoff to final submission / handoverAct as the primary technical and project interface between US stakeholders and India-based teamsPlan, track, and manage schedules, milestones, and delivery timelinesManage, mentor, and scale a team of engineers working on US projectsReview and approve technical deliverables including designs, calculations, drawings, and permit setsEnsure compliance with US codes, AHJ requirements, utility guidelines, and client standardsIdentify delivery risks, quality issues, and bottlenecks and drive corrective actionsEstablish and improve SOPs, quality benchmarks, and delivery metricsMandatory Eligibility Criteria5–7+ years of hands-on experience working exclusively on US solar PV & ESS projectsCandidates with experience primarily on India-based projects should not applyPrior experience in a Project Manager / Project Coordination / Delivery Lead role on US projectsProven experience managing and leading engineering teamsStrong working knowledge of US permitting workflows, codes, and review processesImmediate joiners preferredQualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related fieldStrong technical understanding of solar PV energy storage systemsAbility to review and approve engineering outputs independentlyStrong communication skills for US client interactionFamiliarity with SolarEdge, Enphase, Tesla Energy is a plusNABCEP or similar US-focused certifications are a plusIndustry - Engineering ServicesEmployment Type - Full-timeWork Timings: 3:00 pm to 12:00 am IST (US project overlap)Compensation: ₹18–22 LPA (CTC), aligned to role scope and delivery ownership
