Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Laboratory Assistant specializing in Rubber Testing, based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Laboratory Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the setup and calibration of laboratory equipment, conducting various testing procedures, ensuring accurate reporting of results, and supporting the quality control team. The role involves following strict safety protocols and maintaining documentation of test data for compliance and process improvement purposes. Qualifications Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, especially with handling and maintaining laboratory equipmentStrong understanding of Quality Control practices to ensure compliance and performance standardsAnalytical Skills and attention to detail for accurate test analysis and reportingEffective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for documentation and team collaborationRelevant certification or degree in chemistry, material science, or a related field is preferredPrevious experience in a similar role with a focus on rubber or polymer testing is advantageousBasic knowledge of safety procedures in a laboratory environment
