Highlight:International Project opportunitiesExcellent career development opportunitiesLocation: Above Hyundai, Behind Kharadi Bypass Road, Kharadi, Pune – 411014, Maharashtra, IndiaRequirement:A degree in Horticulture, Botany, Plant Science, arboriculture, forestry, environmental science or any other related disciplines;A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a horticulture role, preferably within a landscape design, construction, or high-end garden maintenance company;Good command of written and spoken English;Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office etc;Deep, practical knowledge of native and ornamental plants, their cultural requirements, and their suitability for our specific region (Asia, Middle East);Experience with sustainable landscaping practices;Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex horticultural concepts to team members and clients;Great team player and flexible work attitude, and work independently;Responsible, hardworking and self-motivated;A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a keen eye for detail;Responsibilities:Plant Selection: Collaborate with our design team to select appropriate plant species based on design intent, site conditions, hardiness, and client needs;Design softscape for landscape projects independently;Assist in softscape of landscape projects and site technical works to ensure smoothness of operations and the quality of serviced;Draw and review to ensure design standards and project deliverables are met with satisfactory quality standards at different stages;Monitor and follow up on all aspects of projects, including preparing project submissions, method statements, work progress reports, arboricultural reports, and other project documentation;Manage on-site coordination of arboricultural and soft landscaping work with project administrative arrangements;Handle enquiries and maintain effective communication with internal and external parties, providing advice on plant care, maintenance schedules, and answering any plant-related questions;
