Company DescriptionKRISHGEN is a leading ELISA kit manufacturer with plant in Bhiwandi, Thane. We manufacture assays for cytokines, therapeutic drugs and other pathways. This position is for Bhiwandi, Thane, Maharashtra state.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Senior Scientist at KRISHGEN BIOSYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED. The Senior Scientist will be responsible for designing and conducting experiments, analyzing experimental data and heading the ELISA Optimization Department and Quality Control. The role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior staff, and actively engaging in the development and production of ELISA kits.Qualifications- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to design, execute, and analyze ELISA experiments - Ability to guide and mentor junior team members - Expertise in ELISA manufacture including protein immobilization on plates, HRP conjugation and stabilization, secondary reagents preparation and final boxing for production. QC function will include SDS, ELISA testing and documentation for same. - PhD or Master's degree in Biotechnology or Microbiology with significant hands-on in similar positions and industry. - Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment - Experience in immunology is must.
