We’re Hiring: Design Head / Senior Design Lead (Interior)We are looking for an experienced and creative Design Head / Senior Design Lead to lead our design team and drive the conceptual and creative direction of multiple projects.The role involves overseeing the complete design journey — from concept development and space planning to material selection, detailing, presentations, and execution handovers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the design vision aligns with client expectations, project requirements, and company goals.Key Responsibilities:• Lead, mentor, and guide the design team across multiple projects• Develop and implement a strong design vision aligned with the company’s brand and business objectives• Oversee design concepts, material palettes, space planning, colour schemes, and detailing• Review and refine design deliverables before client presentations and execution handovers• Standardise design processes, templates, and presentation formats• Lead key client meetings and present design concepts with clarity and confidence• Translate client requirements into functional, aesthetic, and practical design solutions• Support business development through design pitches and proposals• Collaborate closely with the Execution Head to ensure seamless coordination between design intent and on-site implementation• Coordinate with procurement teams, vendors, and consultants as required• Ensure timely communication between design, execution, client, and consultant teams• Set and maintain high standards of creativity, design quality, innovation, and detailingWe’re looking for someone who has:• 9+ years Strong experience in interior design / architecture / design management• Proven ability to lead and mentor design teams• Excellent conceptual, presentation, and client communication skills• Strong understanding of materials, detailing, execution processes, and site coordination• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and teams efficiently• A design-led approach with practical execution sensibilityThis is an opportunity for someone who can bring together creativity, leadership, client understanding, and execution coordination to deliver meaningful and high-quality design outcomes.Interested candidates can share their CV and portfolio at: #Hiring #DesignHead #SeniorDesignLead #InteriorDesignJobs #ArchitectureJobs #DesignLeadership #NowHiring #LinkedInJobs
