Listening to different points of view to make a fair judgement of the situation and requirement of the outcomes of the companyJob Responsibilities1. Create high-quality visual designs, such as infographics, social media graphics, web design, and digital ads that are visually appealing and engaging2. Ensure all designs are consistent with the client’s brand guidelines and communication objectives3. Work with clients and teams on briefs and advise them on design style, format, print production and timescales4. Collaborate with content writers and other team members to ensure that designs and messaging work seamlessly together5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are delivered on time and on budget6. Keep up-to-date with emerging design trends and techniques to ensure that our work remains innovative and effective7. Understand design briefs and undertake research to understand the client’s brand language as well as that of it’s competition and category8. Follow design processes and develop template designs for different assets9. Illustrate concepts by designing a rough layout of art and copy which includes arrangement, size, type size, font style, and related aesthetic concepts Required Skills and Qualifications1. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, UI/UX design, fine arts2. 4+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates skills in UI/UX, designing infographics, PPTs and Decks, brand language, mood boards, brochures, emailers, and digital ads.3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, AI tools if any) and Canva.4. Knowledge of web design and basic development, including HTML, CSS, and responsive design.5. Knowledge of animation and motion graphics, and proficiency in After Effects preferred6. Strong passion to know more about the brand and business 7. Strong creative, layout and analytical skills8. Attention to detail & acute vision9. Ability to handle feedback and not make the same mistakes10. Compelling portfolio showcasing of a wide range of creative projects11. Works well in a team environmentOutcomes1.
