The ideal candidate will be involved in the entire design process—from concept development to execution—ensuring high standards of quality, precision, and aesthetics. Key Responsibilities:Develop and present interior design concepts based on client requirements and space functionalityCreate 2D layouts and detailed working drawings using AutoCADPrepare accurate and itemised BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for projects including material specifications and quantitiesCollaborate with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure design intent is achievedConduct site visits for measurement, inspection, and progress trackingWork closely with project managers to track timelines, budgets, and material procurementEnsure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or ArchitectureProficiency in AutoCAD is a must.Strong experience in BOQ preparation, estimation, and cost trackingExcellent attention to detail and documentation skillsAbility to interpret client briefs and convert them into design plansGood communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams and clientsAbility to handle multiple projects and work under deadlinesPreferred Qualifications:2-4 years experience in commercial or retail interior projects.Knowledge of materials, finishes, and design trends.Understanding of modular design or turnkey project workflows is a plus.
