Senior Motion Graphics Artist |Urgent HiringTaleScope Pictures is looking for a Senior Motion Graphics Artist with strong, proven experience in explainer videos. This is a full time, on site role based in Pune. Quality, structure, and reliability matter deeply to us.What We’re Looking For This role is not for generalists or beginners. We’re specifically looking for someone who: • Has strong experience creating explainer videos (B2B, product, SaaS, or concept heavy content) • Can simplify complex ideas visually with clarity and restraint • Understands story flow, pacing, and hierarchy in motion design • Has a sharp eye for typography, transitions, and timing • Can take ownership of projects end to end • Is comfortable working with structured workflows and feedback systems • Can interpret briefs and translate business problems into clear visual narrativesWhat You’ll Be Working On • B2B explainer videos • Product and process explainers • SaaS explainer videos • Sales enablement films • Corporate and manufacturing communicationYou will be expected to take ownership from understanding the brief to final delivery, including contributing to visual direction, styleframes, and motion approach.Tools & Skills (Expected) • After Effects (strong) • Illustrator / Photoshop for asset preparation • Strong sense of typography and layout • Experience working with structured workflows and revisions • 5+ years of experience in After Effects • 3+ years of experience with Adobe Illustrator • 3D skills are a plus, not mandatoryCommunication Requirement • Strong English proficiency (written and spoken) is important for understanding briefs and internal communicationHow We Work • Clear briefs • Structured timelines • Milestone based feedback • No compromise on qualityWe value clarity, ownership, and consistency in execution.Important Your portfolio matters more than your resume.
