Motion Graphics and Visual Designer

Role Overview:We are looking for a talented Motion Graphics and Visual Designer to develop visual content for educational courses. The chosen candidate will create high-quality graphics, animations, motion graphics, and Editing videos to improve the learning experience, utilizing multimedia expertise and AI tools.Work Setup: Remote                                                                     Working days and time: Monday to Friday, from 3 PM to 12 AM IST Job Description:As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with an Instructional Designer (ID) to create visual content and animation for the course.You will be responsible for creating, generating, and editing 2D and 3D graphic assets according to the content and graphical specifications provided by the IDs. Additionally, you will communicate technical concepts and ideas through appealing, engaging animations.We use Articulate Storyline 360 as our authoring tool for assembling and animating the course. Knowing the application is a plus.You will be responsible for producing high-quality graphic assets and developing innovative ways to convey concepts within the given deadlines.Create visually appealing and accurate infographics to simplify complex information.Design labelled diagrams that clearly convey technical or educational concepts.Develop flowcharts, graphs, and other visual aids that align with the course content.Create 2D motion graphics or animations to explain a concept when necessary.Create 3D models and concept-based animations.Ensure consistency in style and branding across all graphics.Participate in research on new technologies and updates as needed. Experience/Qualification:Two or more years of experience working with an e-learning company developing graphics, animations, and videos for learners .Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, Fine/ Applied art, or related disciplineProficiency in Adobe Suite software, Blender, Maya, and Articulate Storyline 360.Proficiency in modern AI image and video generation applications. A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in creating educational or technical graphics.Attention to detail and the ability to accurately represent information visually.Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Ability to follow guidelines and adhere to brand standards.Company perks:Employee Provident FundPaid yearly company meetup.Requirements:Have a personal computer and a reliable internet connection.You will need a webcam for the meetings.
