Role OverviewWe are seeking versatile creative professionals who can contribute to the development and execution of integrated brand and campaign work for global clients.This role goes beyond production design. You will participate in shaping creative outputs across digital, motion, and video channels, working directly with cross-regional stakeholders and, in some cases, client teams. The position requires both strong visual craft and clear communication, as you will translate business and campaign requirements into compelling creative solutions.You will operate within a collaborative pod structure alongside regional teams, contributing from concept through final delivery across multiple platforms and media formats.Your primary roles and responsibilities will include: Creative DevelopmentInterpret campaign briefs and translate them into visual concepts and design directionsContribute ideas for campaign executions across multiple channels and platformsDevelop layouts, visual treatments, and motion approaches aligned with brand guidelinesMulti-Channel Creative ExecutionCreate and adapt assets across digital display, social, video, CTV, and web formatsDesign static graphics, motion graphics, and short-form video contentEnsure visual consistency across campaign touchpoints and customer journeysClient & Stakeholder CollaborationCommunicate directly with global stakeholders to clarify requirements and present creative solutionsParticipate in discussions, reviews, and feedback sessions with regional teamsExplain design decisions and incorporate feedback constructivelyCampaign OwnershipTake end-to-end ownership of assigned deliverables from brief to final outputWork independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines and quality standardsManage multiple priorities across concurrent campaignsQuality & Brand IntegrityMaintain high standards of visual quality, typography, composition, and motionEnsure outputs align with brand standards and platform requirementsFuture-Ready CreativityExplore new formats, creative approaches, and emerging mediaLeverage AI-assisted tools where appropriate to improve creative output and efficiencyContinuously evolve skills across design, motion, and digital storytelling.GREAT TO HAVEExperience5–7 years in a creative agency, digital production, or brand environmentPortfolio demonstrating campaign work across multiple formats (design + motion/video preferred)Creative CapabilityStrong layout, typography, color, and composition fundamentalsAbility to originate visual ideas, not just execute instructionsExperience working across digital, social, and video formatsCommunicationExcellent spoken and written EnglishComfortable interacting directly with global stakeholdersAbility to understand briefs, ask clarifying questions, and present work clearlyTechnical SkillsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects; Premiere Pro preferred)Experience designing for web, display, and video environmentsProficiency with Figma or collaborative design toolsOpenness to using AI-assisted creative toolsWorking StyleSelf-managed and accountableComfortable working in global time-zone overlap schedules when requiredCollaborative mindset with strong ownership mentalityLocationBangalore, Mumbai, Pune, & Delhi
