With a focus on quality and service excellence, Kraf Ventures aims to meet the unique needs of educational institutions.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer – Print & Publishing with strong expertise in layouting and Adobe InDesign to design engaging, child-friendly kindergarten books and learning materials.The ideal candidate should understand early childhood aesthetics, playful design elements, and structured page composition suitable for ages 3–6 years.QualificationsDesign and layout kindergarten books, activity sheets, workbooks, flashcards, posters, and teacher manuals.Execute structured and visually engaging layouts using Adobe InDesign (mandatory).Apply child-friendly typography, colours, icons, and illustrations aligned with early learning pedagogy.Work closely with curriculum developers to convert content into engaging print-ready designs.Maintain consistency across book series and editions.Prepare print-ready files with correct margins, bleed, CMYK settings, and pre-press specifications.Ensure high-quality output and meet publishing deadlines.Coordinate with printers for proof checks and final production approvals.Required SkillsStrong hands-on expertise in Adobe InDesign (must-have).Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.Strong understanding of lay-outing, grid systems, typesetting, and typography.Experience in designing books or educational print materials.Understanding of print production and publishing workflows.Attention to detail and strong sense of visual balance.Interested candidates can send their resumes at nagesh@
