Our services include concept development, space planning, floor plan layouts, AutoCAD drawings, and 3D renderings. Our team curates finishes, furniture, fixtures, colors, lighting plans, and designs for kitchens, bathrooms, and more—delivering tailored solutions to each client. We also provide comprehensive interior solutions including window treatments, furnishings, and accessories.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for an Interior Designer & Sales Executive. The role combines design expertise with client acquisition and revenue generation.You will be responsible for meeting prospective clients, understanding their requirements, creating design concepts and proposals, and guiding clients from initial consultation to project closure. You will also manage ongoing client relationships, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and ensure timely execution of design projects.Key ResponsibilitiesInterior Design & Project Execution- Meet clients to understand their lifestyle needs, preferences, budgets, and design goals. - Develop design concepts, mood boards, space plans, and detailed layouts. - Prepare construction drawings, AutoCAD layouts, and 3D renderings. - Select and recommend materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, fixtures, and décor elements. - Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth implementation. - Manage project timelines, site visits, and quality checks until final handover.Sales, Business Development & Client Closure- Handle inbound leads, conduct consultations, and convert prospects into clients. - Generate new leads through networking, referrals, site visits, partnerships, and marketing campaigns. - Prepare project estimates, BOQs, quotations, and design proposals aligned with client budgets. - Pitch services confidently and close projects by explaining design value, deliverables, and timelines. - Maintain a structured sales pipeline and follow up with leads to ensure conversions. - Support upselling of complete interior packages, premium finishes, modular kitchen, décor, and add-ons. - Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.Qualifications- Proficiency in Interior Design, Space Planning, and FF&E selection. - Experience in Architecture and Construction Drawings. - Strong understanding of materials, finishes, costing, and design trends. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently pitch and close clients. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate with vendors and contractors. - Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, 3Ds Max, Photoshop, or similar 3D/rendering tools. - Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred.
