Greetings from Peoplefy!We are looking for a senior leader to drive enterprise-wide Interiors & Brand Standards, delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and future-ready spaces across corporate, healthcare, hospitality, or regulated environments.Experience - 15+ yearsLocation - PuneRequirement - Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of interior design and brand standards across large, complex projectsDrive vendor partnerships, including interior design consultants, furniture suppliers, and specialty vendorsPartner closely with procurement teams to define sourcing models, optimize costs, and strengthen lifecycle asset strategiesInfluence procurement strategies for furniture, finishes, artwork, and interior systems with a focus on value, quality, and sustainabilityOversee vendor performance, compliance, and contract effectiveness across multiple programsEnsure projects are delivered within cost, quality, and timeline parametersCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Facilities, Marketing, Procurement, Operations) for brand and design alignmentChampion innovation, sustainability, and best practices from hospitality, retail, and workplace designWhat We’re Looking For:12+ years of experience in interiors, architecture, facilities design, or large-scale project deliveryStrong exposure to vendor management, procurement collaboration, and commercial decision-makingExperience working in regulated or complex environments (healthcare preferred)Proven leadership with the ability to influence enterprise-wide standards and stakeholdersInterested candidates please share your updated resumes on amruta.bu@
