Graphic Design Intern

Duration: 3–6 months (with potential conversion to a full-time role based on performance)Role Overview: We are looking for a Graphic Designer Intern with a fresh design perspective and strong fundamentals. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, adaptable, and excited to translate complex ideas into visually compelling designs. The intern will work closely with the marketing and content teams and will have the opportunity to grow into a full-time designer role.Key Responsibilities:Assist in designing visual assets for:Social media creativesMarketing collaterals (brochures, presentations, banners, etc.)Digital campaigns and brand communicationUnderstand and adapt to brand guidelines and visual languageTranslate content and briefs into clean, engaging, and on-brand designsExplore new design styles, layouts, and visual storytelling approaches while maintaining brand consistencyCollaborate with content, marketing, and leadership teams to iterate and improve designsSupport ongoing design requirements and campaign executionsDesired ProfileStudent or recent graduate from NIFT, NID, or a reputed design instituteStrong understanding of design fundamentals (typography, layout, color, composition)Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (Figma is a plus)Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quicklyUnderstanding of digital and social media design formats is a plusWhat You'll GainHands-on experience in healthcare branding and communicationMentorship and exposure to real-world design projectsOpportunity to build a strong portfolio with live brand workMonthly stipend, aligned with industry standards and based on skills and experiencePotential conversion to a full-time Graphic Designer role based on performance
