Web & Visual Designer (HTML + Graphic Design)

We are looking for a hands-on Web & Visual Designer who can independently build and manage websites using HTML/CSS and also create high-quality visual creatives for digital platforms.This role requires someone who understands both code and creativity, a person who can translate ideas into functional web pages and visually compelling designs.Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite & HTML ResponsibilitiesDevelop and code HTML emailers/newsletters, ensuring compatibility across major email clients and devicesDesign, build, and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (if applicable)Convert design concepts into responsive, user-friendly web pagesMake updates, changes, and optimizations on existing websitesEnsure websites are fast, mobile-friendly, and SEO-readyCoordinate with content and marketing teams to implement landing pages, campaign pages, and micrositesGraphic Design ResponsibilitiesCreate visual assets for websites, social media, presentations, banners, and campaignsDesign creatives aligned with brand guidelinesWork on layouts, typography, color palettes, and visual storytellingPrepare design files for both digital and print use when requiredCollaboration & ExecutionUnderstand business requirements and convert them into design and web solutionsWork closely with marketing, content, and leadership teamsHandle multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervisionRequired Skills & QualificationsTechnical SkillsStrong working knowledge of HTML and CSSAbility to build websites from scratch or using existing frameworks/templatesProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or FigmaUnderstanding of responsive design and browser compatibilityDesign SkillsGood eye for design, layout, and aestheticsAbility to balance creativity with usabilityBasic understanding of branding and visual consistencyExperience2–6 years of relevant experience preferredCandidates from agencies, startups, or digital teams are idealPortfolio showcasing websites and design work is mandatoryWho This Role Is NOT ForPure graphic designers with no HTML knowledgePure developers with no design knowledge •People who rely entirely on others for execution
