The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing eye-catching designs for both digital and print media, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting marketing objectives. You should have strong design sensibilities, proficiency in industry-standard tools, and the ability to work well within a collaborative team environment.Key Responsibilities- Conceptualize, design, and produce visual assets for digital channels (social media posts, banners, web creatives) and print collateral (brochures, flyers, posters). - Maintain and apply brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all media. - Collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to understand design requirements and translate them into compelling visuals. - Develop logos, illustrations, layouts, and other creative assets based on project briefs. - Prepare and present design drafts, iterate based on feedback, and finalize deliverables within deadlines. - Stay updated with industry trends, visual styles, and best practices. - Organize and manage design files and assets efficiently.Skills & Tools Required:✔ Adobe Photoshop✔ Adobe Illustrator✔ Adobe InDesign✔ Strong layout, typography, and colour theory skills✔ Portfolio demonstrating creativity and design rangeDesirable:Experience with CorelDRAW, Canva or FigmaBasic video editing or motion graphics skillsUnderstanding of web graphics and UI basicsQualifications & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
