The organization emphasizes end-to-end development, enabling learners to move beyond theory and gain experience in data handling, model development, system integration, and product thinking.Role Overview We are looking for aDesign Strategistwho can bridge user insight, content, and business goals. This role involves conducting rigorous design research, auditing existing content and experiences, and defining content strategies that are measurable, intentional, and outcome-driven. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that what we communicate, how we communicate, and where we communicate is grounded in user understanding and evaluated against clear performance goals.Key Responsibilities Conductdesign research and user studies(interviews, surveys, usability testing, behavioral analysis) Analyze research findings and translate insights into clear strategic directions Performcontent auditsacross platforms to evaluate relevance, consistency, and effectiveness Definecontent and experience strategiesaligned with product and business objectives Plan and managestrategic distribution of contentacross multiple channels Measure content performance using defined metrics and iterate based on outcomes Collaborate with design, product, marketing, and engineering teams Document research, frameworks, and strategic decisions clearlyRequired Skills & Experience Proven experience indesign research, user studies and Visual Design Strong ability inresearch synthesis and insight generation Experience conductingcontent audits and content strategy planning Understanding of how content performance maps to goals (engagement, trust, conversion, retention) Strong written and verbalcommunication skills Ability to think strategically while remaining execution-focused Proven portfoliodemonstrating real research work, strategic thinking, and outcomes (mandatory)Preferred Qualifications Background in UX design, content strategy, or design strategy Experience working in product-led or startup environments Familiarity with analytics tools and performance measurement frameworks Experience working across multiple content channels (web, social, product, email)What We’re Looking For Strong ownership and decision-making ability Comfort working with ambiguity and evolving requirements Ability to justify decisions with evidence, not opinions Long-term growth mindsetWhat We Offer Paid, on-site role Accommodation and food provided Opportunity to work on real products with real users High ownership and visibility in strategic decisions Portfolio-grade work with measurable impact
