✨ Junior Interior Designer – Pune (On-site)Role Overview We are seeking a talented and motivatedJunior Interior Designerwho is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about transforming concepts into well-designed spaces. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience inresidential interiors, supporting both design development and on-site execution. You will work closely with the senior design team, prepare drawings, assist in project coordination, and contribute to client presentations. Key Responsibilities Design Development Support the design team in developing creative and functional interior solutions Research materials, finishes, concepts, and themes Prepare drawings, layouts, mood boards, 3D models, and presentation decks Create computer-based floor plans, 2D layouts, and renderings using design software Technical & Project Coordination Understand and communicate design decisions for internal discussions Work within project timelines and assist through final delivery Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and costing documents Ensure accuracy and quality in all technical drawings and documentation Client & Site Collaboration Participate in client meetings and design presentations Conduct site visits to track progress and ensure design intent Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and execution teams to maintain standards Requirements Experience & Expertise 1–2 years of experience in interior design (preferably residential) Good understanding of costing, BOQs, and commercials Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and execution processes Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Software Skills AutoCAD SketchUp Autodesk 3ds Max V-Ray (preferred) MS Office & Excel Strong communication, presentation, and sketching skills Candidate Profile We’re looking for someone who is: Confident, presentable, and passionate about interior design Detail-oriented with strong design sensibility Energetic, responsible, and proactive Capable of managing tasks independently and in a team Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Interior Design Location:Pune, Maharashtra Job Type:Full-time (On-site) Experience Level:1–2 Years Salary Range:₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month
