Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating and managing leads, building strong client relationships, and overseeing account management to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align business objectives and achieve growth targets.QualificationsProven experience in New Business Development and Lead GenerationHave experience in Interior sales- compulsoryCandidate with experience in lead generation, modular furniture sales, and a strong interior design background.Strong skills in Business strategy and Account ManagementExcellent Communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work in a team-oriented environment and meet deadlinesProactive attitude with problem-solving and analytical skillsPrior experience in the interior design or real estate industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
