The Role: We are seeking a charismatic and results-oriented Interior Design Sales and Consultant to be the primary point of contact for our prospective clients. This is a unique role that blends your passion for design with your expertise in sales and client relationship management. You will be instrumental in understanding a client's vision and demonstrating how Rajat Ajmera Interiors can bring it to life. If you are a natural communicator who thrives on building relationships and is passionate about both the creative and business aspects of interior design, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for all new client inquiries, providing a warm, professional, and informative introduction to our firm. Consultation & Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth consultations (in-person, virtual, and on-site) to understand client requirements, project scope, budget, and aesthetic preferences. Sales & Proposal Presentations: Articulately present our company’s design services, portfolio, and value proposition. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and fee structures tailored to each client. Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, architects, builders, and other industry partners. Lead Conversion: Guide potential clients through the sales funnel, from initial inquiry to signing the contract, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Project Handover: Collaborate closely with our principal designers to ensure a smooth transition of signed projects to the design and execution teams. Market Awareness: Stay updated on the latest interior design trends, materials, and market dynamics to effectively advise clients and contribute to our sales strategy. CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system. Who You Are: You have a proven track record with 2-3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or client-facing role, preferably within the interior design, architecture, luxury furniture, or real estate industry. You possess a genuine passion for and a strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and aesthetics. You are an exceptional communicator with outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills. You are highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple client discussions simultaneously. You are customer-centric with a natural ability to listen, empathize, and build trust. A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
