We’re a fast-paced, collaborative team dedicated to pushing creative boundaries and delivering impactful solutions for our clients and users.  Role Overview  We are looking for a passionate Studio / Design Head with 8–10 years of experience to lead design initiatives, mentor junior designers, and contribute to strategic projects. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centric designs that are innovative, visually compelling, and aligned with business goals. What You’ll Do:  ✔ Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to delivery  ✔ Lead & inspire a team of talented designers  ✔ Collaborate with Consultants, Vendors, and Marketing teams  ✔ Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence  ✔ Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders - Collaborate with clients & translate their vision  ✔ Ensure designs meet accessibility, usability, and performance standards  ✔ Set new benchmarks in design innovation.
