For further details visit our website : Role Description DESIGN RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead concept development, space planning, and detailed interior design for residential, commercial, or corporate projects. Prepare and review design presentations, mood boards, and 3D visualizations. Oversee preparation of detailed drawings, working drawings, and specifications. Ensure design quality, functionality, and aesthetics meet client requirements and firm standards. Keep updated with latest design trends, materials, technology, and sustainable practices. PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Take ownership of projects from concept to execution. Coordinate with consultants (MEP, structural, lighting, etc.) to integrate services with design. Manage site execution, ensure work is as per drawings, timelines, and quality standards. Handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met. Troubleshoot design and site-related challenges proactively. CLIENT HANDLING: Attend client meetings, present concepts, and explain design rationale. Understand client requirements, budgets, and lifestyle/work needs, and translate them into design solutions. Maintain professional client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. TEAM LEADERSHIP: Mentor and guide junior designers and interns. Allocate tasks, review their work, and ensure timely output. Encourage creativity, collaboration, and efficiency within the team. BUSINESS & GROWTH CONTRIBUTION: Contribute to overall growth strategy of the firm. Assist in preparing proposals, pitches, and presentations for new clients. Support business development by networking and building industry contacts. Help establish and implement quality standards and processes for the firm. ADMINISTRATIVE & FINANCIAL: Prepare project budgets and BOQs in coordination with the accounts/admin team. Approve material samples, vendor quotations, and monitor cost control. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and vendors for project requirements. Qualifications Skills in Space Planning and Interior Design Familiarity with selecting and specifying FF&E Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Excel. Minimum experience from 4 yrs required. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design.
