The role: We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who is as obsessed with aesthetics as they are with storytelling. This isn’t just about making things “look good” - it’s about bringing Mayskin’s bold personality to life across every touchpoint, from packaging and campaigns to social media and performance ads. As part of a small but fast-moving team, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand is seen, felt, and remembered. What You’ll Do Brand Identity & Visual Systems Develop and maintain a consistent visual language across digital, print, and packaging. Safeguard Mayskin’s brand look while evolving it with fresh ideas. Content & Campaign Design Create engaging assets for social media (reels, carousels, stories, statics) that blend science + fun. Design performance marketing creatives (Meta, Google, Amazon ads). Support influencer and community campaigns with content templates and visuals. Packaging & Product Design Collaborate with founder and content team on new product packaging, ensuring strong shelf presence and recall. Prepare mockups, dielines, and print-ready files. Cross-Functional Creative Support Design website banners, emailers, WhatsApp creatives, Amazon A+ pages. Partner with content writers, video editors, and agencies to bring campaigns to life. What We’re Looking For: 2–4 years of design experience (consumer brand/beauty/skincare/FMCG experience is a plus). Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, and packaging work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma/Canva skills a plus. An eye for typography, colour, and layout consistency. Ability to translate scientific, skincare-heavy content into consumer-friendly design. Strong communication and collaboration skills - you’ll work closely with growth, content, and product teams.
