Sr Interior Designer / Team Lead

Studio AsA is hiring a Sr Interior Designer / Team Lead with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, motivated individual with the capacity to create brilliant creative solutions & deliverables, have a keen eye for detail, and must be able to understand creative requirements & adhere to the same in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities and Duties - The candidate should have good knowledge of corporate  Interior Design with work experience of 7 to 10 Years in this field Undertake design project from concept to completion Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief” Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans Team leading skills to Manage a team of junior designers  Research and decide on materials and products sourcing Work closely with designers, decorators, architects, and constructors, MEP consultants, clients etc, Proven working experience in designing interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions) Excellent portfolio of previous works and relevant experience in commercial office interiors, Hospitality Interiors etc  Worked on MSP or any other project tracker softwares  Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and knowledge of building codes and regulations. Strong communication and leadership skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proven track record of managing successful architectural/Interior Design projects.
