Fuse Box Design

Location - Pune Experience - 6 to 10 Years Qualification - B.E/ B Tech Skills : Must have Experience in Fuse Box & Relay Box Design & Development . Role : To design & develop the Fuse and Relay Boxes for EDS in line with defined Technical Policy and Technology Roadmap. To define design Standards & Carryover Strategy of this sub module and drive it's engineering, aligned to the QCT of the projects. Also responsible for critical issue (escalated by ML & SMT Engineer) resolution and Deviation Approval. Requirements : - Working knowledge of the overall automotive system, functional aspects, design, interfacing, application, testing and integration. -Knowledge of EDS ‘V’ cycle development from concept to production from an OEM perspective. -Expertise in Fuse and Relay boxes development as well as Circuit and Simulation and use of simulation tools - like VESYS, CAPITAL LOGIC..... -Awareness of Lab Car set ups for EDS tests -Should know the regulatory / certification requirements like CMVR, AIS, ECE etc. -Should be able to evaluate supplier proposals and provide technical recommendation -Knowledge of EDS system design and development as per vehicle features -Knowledge of INTERACTIVE FLOW of EDS development in Capital. -Working knowledge of MINT3, RMDVV and other internal systems -Excellent communication skills. Ability to work with cross functional team to achieve the required functional / cost / weight /timing & quality.
