Suzlon 2.0 marks a pivotal transformation of Suzlon from a pure‑play wind energy company to a comprehensive, integrated renewable energy solutions provider. By integrating solar energy and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) with its strong core wind DNA, Suzlon is positioning itself to deliver Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE) solutions to customers.To fuel this ambition and drive the next phase of growth, Suzlon is launching a focused initiative to engage high‑potential functional leaders who are on the cusp of transitioning into general management roles. This program is designed to groom these functional experts into future business leaders capable of owning and managing the P&L of existing and new businesses over the next 2–3 years.The selected incumbents will work with the Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) and play a critical role in shaping, building, and executing the Suzlon 2.0 vision and growth story.Participants in this program will be drawn from top-tier engineering and business schools in India and globally, with prior experience in Indian multinational organizations that have a significant footprint in the energy sector. The emphasis will be on individuals who combine strong functional depth with leadership potential, strategic thinking, and a readiness to take on enterprise-wide responsibility. The corporate finance candidates will have sound working background in business finance, financial modelling and remodeling, will provide astuteness to stakeholders on stock market guidance, investor relations, ROI, IRR, NPV of future business, etc.The Supply Chain Management (SCM) candidate will work with all manufacturing and component SBU’s in enhancing the SCM effectiveness for the organization on internal and external factors derisking the Group from geo-political challenges.The Growth candidate would come from a background where they have successfully driven growth initiatives for existing and new product lines for traditional companies and transitioned them into successful new-age businesses.If you are between 34–38 years of age and believe your experience aligns with the above criteria, we would welcome a dialogue to explore potential leadership opportunities under this program.
