Recruitment Administrator

Job Overview - We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our healthcare staffing agency.The role involves managing candidate onboarding, compliance checks, booking support, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth placement of healthcare professionals into shifts.This is a remote role, working closely with our UK-based team.Key Responsibilities:Administration & Data Management• Maintain accurate candidate records on CRM systems• Upload and update documents (DBS, training, right-to-work)• Manage emails, queries, and general admin tasks• Prepare staff files and ensure documentation is complete• Answering phone callsCompliance Support• Check and verify:o DBS certificateso Right to work in the UKo Referenceso Training certificates• Ensure all candidates meet CQC, NHS and clients' compliance standards• Flag missing or expired documentsBooking & Coordination Support• Assist in filling shifts with available staff• Contact candidates via our application, phone, email, or WhatsApp• Update booking systems and confirm shifts• Support on-call operations when requiredRecruitment Support• Post job adverts on job boards• Screen CVs and shortlist candidates• Arrange interviews and onboarding callsBusiness Support (Optional but Valuable)• Assist with lead generation (care homes, hospitals)• Maintain client database• Support marketing/admin tasksRequirements Essential: Previous experience in:o Recruitment admin / HR admin/healthcare admin• Strong attention to detail• Excellent written and spoken English, basic not acceptable• Good IT skills (Excel, CRM systems, email)• Ability to work independently in a remote environment• Access to an Apple/MacBook laptopDesirable (Big Advantage)• Experience in UK healthcare recruitment• Knowledge of:o DBS checkso CQC complianceo NHS frameworks• Experience using systems like:o Rota / booking systemso ATS/CRM platforms
