This role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring system integrity, and supporting users to maximize productivity and project delivery.Key Responsibilities:User ManagementManage user accounts, roles, permissions, and access levelsCollaborate with discipline leads to gather requirementsCoordinate with engineering teams to meet deliverablesTroubleshoot and escalate technical issuesSystem Configuration & SetupConfigure E3D environments, including roles and project settingsDevelop catalogues, specifications, and PML codeBuild and manage database structures for 3D modelingCreate models aligned with project proceduresCustomization & OptimizationCustomize workflows, interfaces, and reportsDevelop macros and tools to improve efficiencyPerform model audits and data verification checksConfigure pipe, tray, and HVAC supportsData Management & IntegrationManage data import/export and ensure data integrityGenerate reports for layouts and materialsConfigure ISODRAFT and resolve isometric issuesUpdate and share Navisworks review modelsTraining & SupportDevelop training materials and onboard usersProvide technical support and troubleshootingEnsure smooth system operation and minimal downtimeQualifications & Experience:EducationBachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical diplomaExperienceMinimum 10+ years of experience as an E3D Administrator in EPCI projectsStrong experience working with engineering applications and systemsTechnical SkillsExpertise in AVEVA E3D administration and configurationExperience with PML coding and customizationKnowledge of ISODRAFT and NavisworksFamiliarity with pipe supports and CAESAR II is a plusStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesIf you are motivated to work in an international, technical, and strategic environment where your expertise has a direct impact… This opportunity at Novargi is for you.
